Return and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests
Cancellations requested at least 24 hours before session start are generally eligible for rescheduling or review for refund.
Late cancellations
Cancellations within 24 hours may be partially refundable depending on preparation and administrative costs already incurred.
Completed service time
Time already delivered, completed sessions, and custom-prepared materials are typically non-refundable.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days to the original payment method where available.
